🔄 EXCHANGE POLICY

SIZE EXCHANGE:
If you have a size issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Customer bears both-side shipping charges

  • Customer is responsible for safe delivery of the return parcel

  • Exchange will be processed only if the requested size is available in stock

  • Please contact us on WhatsApp before sending the parcel back

  • Exchange is applicable for size issues only — product/design exchange is not allowed

DAMAGED / WRONG PRODUCT:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will replace it at the earliest.

  • A clear 360° unboxing video is mandatory as proof (without cuts)

  • Share the video within 24 hours of delivery

❌ WHEN EXCHANGE IS NOT ACCEPTED

  1. Minor color difference (up to 10%) due to screen resolution and lighting variations

  2. Dislike of fabric, color, or design after delivery — all product details are clearly mentioned, please review before ordering

  3. Products purchased during sale or special discounts are non-exchangeable

  4. No returns are accepted on any items sold

🚫 CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.

In case of size issues, customers may request an exchange as per the exchange policy above.

Return address will be provided via WhatsApp after approval of your exchange request.

Customers must contact us before sending any parcel. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.
