SHIPPING POLICY — VrindaaLuxe

📦 DOMESTIC SHIPPING (PAN INDIA):

  • All orders are dispatched from Surat, Gujarat — India’s Textile Capital

  • Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of confirmation

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days

💰 SHIPPING CHARGES:

  • Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping + Extra 10% OFF(Up to ₹200)

  • COD Orders: ₹99 shipping charge applicable

  • All COD orders are subject to a confirmation call before dispatch. Orders will be processed only after successful confirmation.

📱 TRACKING DETAILS:

  • Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp after dispatch

  • Customers can track orders directly through the courier partner’s website

⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses

  • Courier partners will attempt delivery twice before returning the parcel

  • While we ensure timely dispatch, delays caused by courier partners are beyond our direct control. However, we will assist you in resolving such issues wherever possible

  • If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please refuse delivery at the time of receipt. Claims for accepted damaged parcels may not be entertained

  • Currently, we ship across India only
