SECTION 1 — ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

our Instagram, WhatsApp, or placing
an order, you unconditionally agree
to be bound by these Terms.
We reserve the right to update
these Terms at any time without
prior notice. Continued use of
our platform constitutes acceptance
of updated Terms.

SECTION 2 — ELIGIBILITY

for any illegal purpose

& CONSENT

By placing an order, you agree
to receive:
- WhatsApp updates
- SMS / Email notifications
- Order & delivery communication
We do NOT send spam calls.
You may opt out of promotional
messages anytime by messaging
us on WhatsApp. However,
transactional order updates
cannot be opted out of.
These Terms apply to all orders placed via website, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

SECTION 4 — INTELLECTUAL
PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT

and text are exclusive property
of VrindaaLuxe.
Protected under:
- Indian Copyright Act, 1957
- Information Technology Act, 2000
- Trade Marks Act, 1999
❌ STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED:
- Copying any content
- Using brand name or logo
without permission
- Reusing product images
without permission
- Data scraping or extraction
✅ RESELLERS:
Resellers may use our images
only with prior written permission
or with VrindaaLuxe watermark.
Unauthorized use will result in
immediate legal action.

SECTION 5 — WEBSITE &
PLATFORM USAGE

You agree NOT to:
- Misuse our website or
WhatsApp channel
- Attempt hacking, fraud or
unauthorized access
- Upload harmful or malicious code
- Copy product data or pricing
- Use platform for any
unlawful purpose
- Harass or harm any person
Violation may result in immediate
account suspension and legal action.

SECTION 6 — CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

- You are responsible for
maintaining account security
- Keep login details confidential
- All activities under your

- VrindaaLuxe may suspend
accounts if misuse is detected
at sole discretion without
providing any reason

SECTION 7 — PRODUCT INFORMATION

We try to ensure accuracy, but
Customer acknowledges:
- Colors may vary up to 10%
due to screen resolution and
photography lighting —
this is normal in online shopping
- Minor design or embroidery
variations may occur
- Fabric texture may differ
slightly from images
Please read all product details
carefully before ordering.

- COD → ₹99 shipping charge
We may cancel suspicious or
fraudulent orders at our
sole discretion.

SECTION 9 — ORDER VERIFICATION

- COD orders may be verified
via call/WhatsApp before dispatch
- Unverified or unresponsive
orders may be cancelled
- This is done to ensure
genuine order delivery

SECTION 10 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
- All orders dispatched from
Surat, Gujarat, India
- Dispatch within 24 hours
of order confirmation
- Delivery in 4–6 business days
- Tracking shared on WhatsApp
after dispatch
- No P.O. Box delivery accepted
- Courier attempts delivery
twice before returning
RISK OF LOSS:
Once dispatched from our warehouse in Surat, risk of loss passes to the customer.
However, we ensure secure packaging and timely dispatch, and will assist customers in resolving courier-related issues wherever possible.
VrindaaLuxe is not responsible
for courier delays or damage
during transit. We will assist
in resolving courier issues
wherever possible.
⚠️ IMPORTANT:
If package appears damaged,
opened, or has third-party
branding on delivery —
DO NOT ACCEPT the parcel.
Claims for accepted damaged
parcels will not be entertained.
INTERNATIONAL:
- Currently Pan India only
- International launching soon

SECTION 11 — CANCELLATION POLICY
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
- Orders may be cancelled
within 6 hours of placing
- After 6 hours, order processing
may begin and cancellation
may not be possible
- Prepaid orders cancelled
within 6 hours will receive
full refund within 5–7
working days

SECTION 12 — EXCHANGE POLICY
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
We follow a strict no return
policy. Exchange accepted only in:
✅ Damaged product received
✅ Wrong product delivered
✅ Size issue (as per conditions)
CONDITIONS:
- 360° unboxing video mandatory —
without cuts or edits
- Claim within 24 hours
of delivery
- Size exchange: Customer bears
both-side shipping charges
- Exchange subject to
stock availability
- All decisions will be made fairly in accordance with our policies and applicable laws. In cases not explicitly covered, VrindaaLuxe reserves the right to make a reasonable decision, which shall be final.

SECTION 13 — REFUND POLICY

We follow a strict no return policy, except in cases of:

- Claim within 24 hours of delivery
✔️ Refund processed only in
exceptional cases at
VrindaaLuxe's sole discretion
✔️ If applicable, refund processed
within 5–7 working days via
original payment method

SECTION 14 — LIMITATION
OF LIABILITY

VrindaaLuxe makes every effort
to provide a safe and reliable
shopping experience.
To the extent permitted by
applicable Indian law:
- Maximum liability of VrindaaLuxe
in any dispute shall not exceed
actual purchase value of
the product
- We are not responsible for:
→ Minor color variation
→ Courier delays
→ Technical issues beyond
our control
→ Any indirect or consequential
damages

SECTION 15 — FORCE MAJEURE

VrindaaLuxe is not liable for
delays or failures due to:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions or
restrictions
- Courier or logistics failures
- Internet or server outages
- Pandemic or health emergency
- Any other event beyond
our control

SECTION 16 — INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to fully indemnify
and hold VrindaaLuxe, its owners
and affiliates harmless from
any claims, damages or expenses
including legal fees arising from:
- Your use of our platform
- Violation of these Terms
- Any fraudulent activity by you
- Violation of any third-party
rights

SECTION 17 — PRIVACY POLICY

- Email address
- Order and payment details
WE DO NOT sell your data.
Used only for:
- Processing orders
- Customer support
- Order updates
You can request data deletion
anytime via WhatsApp.

SECTION 18 — DISPUTE RESOLUTION

resolution within 7 working days
Step 2: Arbitration in Surat
as per Arbitration & Conciliation
Act, 1996
Step 3: Courts in Surat,
Gujarat only
Customer waives right to
class action against VrindaaLuxe.

SECTION 19 — GOVERNING LAW

Applicable laws: India
Exclusive jurisdiction:
Surat, Gujarat, India

SECTION 20 — SEVERABILITY
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
If any provision of these Terms
is found invalid or unenforceable,
remaining provisions shall
continue in full force and effect.

SECTION 21 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms + Exchange Policy +
Shipping Policy + Privacy Policy
= complete agreement between
Customer and VrindaaLuxe.
Any ambiguities shall not be
construed against VrindaaLuxe.
